Jayaprada responded on the political entries of Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan. 'I welcome the foray of Rajini and Kamal into politics. But, I would like to say this isn't going to be a path of roses. One has to be prepared to walk on stones and thorns. Politics isn't a 2-and-a-half Hour Film,' she opined.
The Former MP made it clear Politics is completely different from Cinema. She accepts the fact that there is political vacuum in Tamil Nadu after the death of Jayalalithaa. At the same time, She maintained that it's too early to predict whether or not Rajini and Kamal would excel in Politics.
After facing defeat in Uttar Pradesh Lok Sabha Polls, Jayaprada has been staying away from politics. She is keen to make her re-entry any time soon as Lok Sabha will be happening within 15 months.
Will Jayaprada prefer Andhra Pradesh or Uttar Pradesh in 2019 Polls? There is a possibility of contesting on YCP Ticket in next elections.
