CBN Needn't Have To Touch Modi's Feet: JC
By: Tupaki Desk | 2 Dec 2017 10:13 AM GMTJC Diwakar Reddy made it clear AP CM Chandrababu Naidu doesn't have the necessity to touch the feet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for funds. He maintained it's up to Centre to decide whether it will fulfill the promises or doesn't honour the assurances given in AP Reorganisation Act 2014.
The Anantapur MP commented: 'What do you think of Chandrababu Naidu? He himself is a brand. We don't have the necessity to bow down before them. PM have the responsibility to offer funds to AP'.
All isn't well between Alliance Partners ever since Centre passed order to stop Spillway Tenders of Polavaram Project. Chandrababu Naidu offered to give away the responsibility of completing the project to Centre if sufficient funds weren't sanctioned. Whereas, BJP Leaders defended their move and refused to offer any assurance on fund allocation. Former Congress MP Undavalli Arun Kumar gave a call for AP MPs to stall the winter session of Parliament on the same issue.
Whereas, JC Diwakar Reddy feels Chief Minister needn't have to plead PM for the sake of funds. Has he praised Chandrababu or passed a satire on his party chief?
