Did JC Fix Muhurat For Retirement?

JC Diwakar Reddy kept saying he isn't interested in continuing in the murky politics any longer. He gave enough hints about his retirement in the last one week period. At one stage, The Anantapur MP refused to attend the debate on No Confidence Motion. He, however, attended the crucial session only after CM Chandrababu Naidu had personally spoke to him.
As per media reports, JC Diwakar Reddy kept carrying resignation letter in his pocket during the ongoing Monsoon Session of Parliament to submit it to Lok Sabha Speaker. He, however, didn't offer clarity when quizzed about the same in his recent interview.
Since 2014, All isn't well between Anantapur MP JC Diwakar Reddy and Anantapur MLA Prabhakar Chowdary. They had differences over Road-widening Works & Flyover Construction. JC is also very particular about TDP MP Ticket for his son Pavan Reddy and MLA Ticket for his Brother's Son.
Actually, JC decided to resign if the decision of TDP Leadership in these matters isn't in his favour. He, however, didn't reveal what happened in the meeting with CM at Secretariat.
JC downplayed CWC Resolution in favour of Special Category Status to AP. He commented Congress has done nothing for AP when it was in power. He maintained fight of Andhrites has to continue as long as Modi is in power.
