JC Diwakar Reddy's Rude Behavior with Police, DSP Warns!
By: Tupaki Desk | 4 Jan 2021 10:31 AM GMTA tense situation aroused in Andhra Pradesh's Tadipatri region with JC Diwakar brothers calling for a protest in front of the Tadipatri tehsildar office against the cases filed on them.
It is already known that the Tadipatri police filed SC and ST Atrocity cases against the TDP leader and former MLA J.C. Prabhakar Reddy under Section 3 (1) of the SC/ST Atrocities Act.
Amid this, the cops responded quickly and deployed huge security in the Anantapur region. As a precautionary action, the cops placed the TDP leaders under house arrest.
Backing the decision, the Police said we have not given any permission to hold such protests and mentioned that sections 144 and 30 are in force, which prohibits the assemble of five or more people in public places.
JC Diwakar Reddy was placed under house arrest at his farm in Jururm while JC Prabhakar Reddy was detained at his home in Tadipatri.
During the house arrest, JC Diwakar Reddy created a ruckus by reportedly using unparliamentary against the cops who placed him under house arrest. DSP A. Srinivas warned the former MP to mind his words when talking with the cops.
