Why Not JC Be Held Responsible?

The attempt made by JC Diwakar Reddy to gain an upper hand in his bastion (Tadipatri) resulted in the death of one of his followers and caused serious injuries to many others.
Issue began when Villagers of Chinnapolamada who took part in Ganesh procession ran into Swamy Prabhodananda Ashram Devotees who were celebrating Janmashtami. A heated argument between the two group led to clashes.
Next day, JC Diwakar Reddy arrived to the Ashram with his followers. He didn't bother to pay heed even after Cops cautioned him that any such attempt could lead to violence. Villagers began pelting stones into the Ashram. To counter the attack, Close to 50 Devotees came out of the Ashram to attack with iron rods and petrol bombs. Vehicles of JC's Group became their target. Immediately, Cops shifted JC to the police station before it's too late. The Parliamentarian staged a dharna and even abused the police officers.
MP's Follower Fakeerappa succumbed to the injuries he suffered during the clashes. Another person is in coma and several others suffered injuries. Police shifted the devotees in the Ashram to their hometowns in buses to bring the situation under control.
The violence could have been avoided had if JC Diwakar Reddy took measures to restore peace instead of making provocative gestures. Even TDP Leaders aren't pleased with the way their MP handled the sensitive issue.
