Opposition Telugu Desam Party(TDP) leader, former Tadipatri MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy once again made it to the headlines, after Tadipatri Police registered a complaint against him and 30 others.
Going into detail, JC Prabhakar Reddy who got infected with the novel Coronavirus underwent the necessary treatment for the virus and completed his quarantine period too.
TDP leaders and activists gathered to welcome the former Tadipatri MLA, louting the COVID regulations. As a result, 32 people including JC PrabhakarReddy, his son JC Asmith Reddy.
Tadipatri Town police registered a case under the Epidemic Diseases Act for violating the COVID-19 protocols.
Earlier also, the former lawmaker booked under the Epidemic Diseases Act. In August. 2020, he and his son were booked under the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897, after his followers and TDp leaders tried to take out a procession after he got bail in connection with the transport scam case.
