JD Lakshmi Narayana's Sharp Reaction On NTR University Row!

Renaming the NTR Health University to YSR Health University is a burning issue in the state and the issue gave birth to a big political controversy. The opposition parties are breathing fire on the Andhra Pradesh government for the decision it took. YS Sharmila also said, what the government did was not good.
Former CBI Joint Collector D Lakshmi Narayana is the new person on the list to react to the development. The former Janasena leader breathed fire on the Andhra Pradesh government on this and express his shock over the trend of changing the names of the structures whenever the government changes.
Not happy with what the Andhra Pradesh government did, Lakshmi Narayana gave an example of how the Tamil Nadu government did not change the names of the Amma Canteen, and bags with Jayalalithaa's pictures were distributed so that the students will not get affected.
Talking highly about Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin on what he did, JD Lakshmi Narayana said while the neighboring state is doing that, we are still stuck in changing the names. Having said that, the former CBI official said changing the name is the need of the hour and the systems should be changed.
The other day, the Andhra Pradesh government placed a bill in the Assembly House which aims at changing the name of the existing NTR Health University to YSR Health University. The government is saying that YSR brought many pro-poor schemes and that is why the university is renamed.
