Jharkhand CM Out of Danger Temporarily Amid Crisis?

The political crisis in Jharkhand is going through many twists and turns. The BJP, which is eyeing the state had earlier accused Chief Minister Hemant Soren of doing many wrongdoings and even complained to the Election Commission of India. Reports say that EC allegedly said he should be disqualified.
Amid this, Hemant Soren moved the Confidence Motion in the Assembly. He had won the motion as 48 votes were polled in his favour. Assembly speaker said Hemant Soren has a majority in the house and the government proved its strength.
Winning the confidence motion will put a smile on Hemant Soren's face as he is dealing with a few issues including the threat from BJP. Until the EC announces his disqualification openly, there is no threat to his position and the confidence motion proved it.
The alliance won the motion in the Assembly House and the government has the majority in the house. However, the big issue is yet to hit the Jharkhand government. There are reports which say that Hemant Soren might get disqualified as the allegations against him were proved.
If the same happens Hemant Soren cannot continue as the Chief Minister and the government might collapse. This will give a good opportunity for the saffron party and the BJP is reportedly waiting for this to happen. Until this, Hemant Soren has no issues and he is temporarily out of danger as per the experts.
