Jiah Khan death case: CBI files Charge Sheet!

CBI on Wednesday filed its charge sheet in model-turned-actress Jiah Khan's death case.
Reacting to the development, Special Public Prosecutor Dinesh Tiwari who appeared for Jiah Khan's Mother told he would fight if CBI comes to the conclusion that the death was a suicide.
Jiah Khan was found dead at her Juhu residence in Mumbai on June 3rd, 2013. Based on the 6-page letter found in Jiah Khan's room that's believed to be written by her before killing herself, Cops took her boyfriend Suraj Pancholi into custody on charges of 'abetment of suicide'.
During the investigation, It came to light that Jiah Khan was seeing Suraj Pancholi then and their relationship got strained after a point. Bombay High Court granted bail to Suraj Pancholi based on the fact that the two were in a consensual relationship.
Jiah Khan's Mom Rabiya filed a petition in Bombay High Court in October 2013 alleging Suraj Pancholi had killed her daughter. Bombay High Court directed CBI to probe whether Jiah Khan's death was suicide or homicide. Juhu Police filed a charge sheet on January 16th, 2014. The case was transferred to CBI in July 2014.
