Jiah Khan is drunker?

Recently died Jiah Khan was addicted to alcohol. She had the habit of taking sleeping pills. These are the things said by the suspect side lawyer during the case enquiry in court.
Jiah Khan wrote in her suicide note that her lover Suraj tortured her mentally and she committed suicide because of his harassment only. She agonized that he raped her.
But SurajÂ’s lawyer version is different. Suraj pancholiÂ’s lawyer said that in the name of suicide note they are spreading lies. Taking sleeping pills, drinking alcohol.. This makes to doubt her mental condition is his argument.
In general in this type of cases arguments will be like this only.. Jiah Khan relatives argument was the accuse in Jiah KhanÂ’s death has to get punished and after the nirbhaya act came into existence also arguing on ladies like this is not at all good.
