Reviews CM - A New Nickname for Naidu!
By: Tupaki Desk | 28 Sep 2016 10:49 AM GMTThere was a time when Ministers complained about the Cabinet Meetings chaired by AP CM Chandrababu Naidu as they used to prolong for several hours. Now, The situation of Employees is no different from Ministers.
Naidu has declared Monday as Polavaram-day only to hold review meetings to monitor the progress of the National project from time-to-time. In addition, He would discuss officials of Agricultural Department on every Monday. CBN fixes the muhurat of such meetings as per his convenience in the day and there is no time limit at all. Usually, He given a lengthy lecture to officials on how the issues should be addressed. On few occasions., He repeats the same content which was conveyed to them in the previous meetings instead of coming straight to the point. Some people even gave the nickname 'Reviews CM' to Babu garu.
There is a feeling among many people that such hours-long Review Meetings would only do more bad than good. If Authorities take part in meetings for hours, When will they passes instructions to their subordinates and monitor the progress of the work. Does anyone have the guts to convey this message to the Chief Minister?
