Telangana BJP reviewed the debacle in the 2018 Assembly Polls. In the end, Leaders came to the conclusion that nobody can be pin-pointed for the dismal performance and a collective responsibility has to be taken.
Using Hindutva agenda by projecting Swamy Paripoornananda backfired. BJP wasn't even able to retain 5 seats it won in 2014 Polls. Only Gosha Mahal MLA Raja Singh was able to retain his seat.
However, JP Nadda who was the in-charge of BJP for Telangana Assembly Polls breathed fire on the State Unit for putting up a poor show. He slammed the Leadership for failing to put up a spirited fight even after providing all the logistical support on par with the BJP-ruling States.
A Report under preparation could prove costly for the Topbrass Leaders in Telangana BJP. Leaders like Sankineni, Achari and Bandi Sanjay who have been doing a good job might be promoted. Can BJP bounce back with Lok Sabha Polls scheduled to happen within four months?
