Jr NTR investing crores in AP Capital

After from politicians and businessman, Tollywood personalities too have been on the mission to purchase properties worth several hundred crores near Vijayawada and Guntur where the new capital of Andhra Pradesh is likely to be built.
As per media reports, NTR Jr, Krishna, Ravi Teja, Krishnam Raju, Ashwini Dutt and Srikanth have been investing in Gannarvaram and the area near Acharya Nagarjuna University.
Soon after the announcement from AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu that capital will be built between Vijayawada and Guntur, Property rates in the region have been shot up to 30-40% and the Reality Sector is rejoicing as this positive trend would continue for years because of the development that's gonna take place from now.
