Jubilee Hills Case: Accused Custody help in Cracking Case?

The sensational Jubilee Hills Gang rape case is seeing good progress in the investigation. As of now, around six accused were nabbed by the cops in connection with the case. Recently, the cops arrested an MLA's son and relative as the accused and were produced before the court the other by the investigation officers.
The Court sent the MLA's son to a Juvenile home and the other accused Saduddin who is a major will be sent to police custody. The investigation officers were granted permission to take the major into their custody for four long days starting from today. We can expect some information from the accused.
The alleged gang rape case is closely watched by many as it started the debate on women's safety in the state. After the issue came out, a few incidents against minors popped up. The debate took an unexpected political turn with the opposition parties lashing out at the ruling TRS. Both Congress and BJP are alleging that TRS is trying to save AIMIM in this.
There are a few questions in the issue that have to be addressed. One is, who shot the pictures and videos of the accused and victim inside the car and the second one is did the accused send the pictures and videos to others. How did the BJP MLA manage to get the videos and showed them to the media?
On the other hand, there is no clarity on the alleged involvement of the son of a senior Waqf board official. Earlier, there were reports which say that the Chairman's son is also one of the accused and the Innova car which has been under question belongs to the leader. There is no official confirmation on this.
The Telangana wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party has been stressing that AIMIM leaders' sons and the Waqf Board Chairman's son are being saved by the ruling party and the party leaders are also alleging that Police are taking their side and that's why they got a clean chit even before the investigation ended. With the accused, who is major, will be taken into police custody, likely, all these questions will be answered.
