Sex With Wife Is A Fundamental Right: Judge

The debate about Marital Rape is continuing across the World. Many people agree with the version that a person having sex with his wife without her consent is unacceptable.
A British Judge sparked an uproar by passing a ruling that a Man having sex with his wife is a fundamental human right. Justice Hayden made this comment when the court was approached to prevent a man from having sex with his 20-Year-Old Wife.
The Court of Protection handles cases related to people who lack mental strength to take their own decisions. However, Mr.Hayden took a stand in favour of the Man when his Wife, who suffered learning difficulties, approached the court to prevent sex.
Social Service Officials believe the Woman isn't in a position to decide whether to have sex or not. Counsel of the Woman recommended an order barring the husband from having sex with his wife citing it's the only way to prevent marital rape. Even the court was informed that Husband is willing to offer an undertaking not to have sex with his wife. Still, Justice Hayden offered to examine further while saying, 'I think the husband is entitled to have it properly argued'.
