Jupally Krishna Rao Looking To Join Congress?

Jupally Krishna Rao is one politician, who has won the battle but lost the war. He had proved that he is the strongman in his home turf of Kolhapur and got 11 of his men, who contested as TRS rebels, elected to the Kolyapur municipality. The official TRS had to remain content with just 9 seats. He showed KCR and KTR that he has stronger popular base than sitting MLA Harshavardhan Reddy, who is a defector from the Congress.
Yet, KCR, who brooks no dissidence, refused to take in Jupally and declined the support of the 11 rebels. He simply won the municipal chairperson's seat using the ex-officio members. Thus, despite winning 11 seats, Jupally faction has been rendered ineffective and useless. Not just that, when Jupally sought an appointment with KCR to sort out things, the latter refused to give him an audience. Despite waiting for over two days, Krishna Rao could not meet KCR. Thus, the snub is complete for Krishna Rao.
He is now finding himself on the crossroads with nowhere to go. He is neither here nor there. The TRS does not want him and he is not interested in going to the BJP. The only option available to him now is to go back to the Congress, the party he originally belonged to. Now, sources say, Jupally is negotiating terms of his return to the Congress fold. But, will his journey in the Congress be a smooth ride at all? When he may have to ask Revanth Reddy about this.
