New Demand in AP: 25 Districts?

A new demand is being raised by BJP Leaders in Andhra Pradesh at the time when they were criticized for going back on the promise of Special Category Status. Is this only to divert the attention of the people?
BJP Leaders demand there is need to create every Lok Sabha constituency in Seemandhra into a separate district. Which means, The state will have altogether 25 Districts as there are 25 Lok Sabha constituencies across Andhra & Rayalseema.
AP BJP unit President Khambampati Haribabu came up with the proposal of creating 25 Districts during the Legislative Party meeting held in Rajahmundry on Friday. He opines such a move ensure better Government-Public coordination.
Mr.Haribabu opined AP Government need to complete Pattiseema irrigation project at the earliest and ensure Polavaram project doesn't get delayed. He reiterated that Centre is doing ground work on according Special Status to AP and clarity on this issue is expected soon. He claimed Centre has offered more funds to AP than any other state in the country in the past one year. He informed that BJP Panel will visit the work sites of Polavaram, Thotapalli and Rayalseema irrigation projects on September 12th, 13th, 14th & 15th.
