Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who has been at the loggerheads with the Maharashtra government over the past few months never misses an opportunity to slam the government.

Reacting sharply to the resignation news of Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh, Kangana Ranaut said that Deshmukh is suffering from the consequences of insulting a woman.

In a tweet made in Hindi, the Queen actress said, those who lynch the Sadhus and insult women will suffer a tragic downfall. This is just a beginning, see what happens in the future, she said.

It has to be noted that Anil Deshmukh's comments after Kangana's office was demolished added fule to the rift between the actor and the Maharashtra government.

The fallout between the two parties started when she compared Mumbai to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir(POK). Following this, the Union government provided special security for the actress.

NCP leader, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh resigned from his post shortly after the Mumbai High Court ordered a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the allegations faced by the HM.
