But the same trend raised many eyeballs with the Kanpur disaster. A mother and daughter passed away in the bulldozer attack in Kanpur. This issue raised many eyeballs and many questioned what is the need to use the bulldozer. An inquiry has been launched into this.
The incident also made a famous singer face a police notice in connection with the Kanpur row. Bhojpuri singer Neha Singh Rathore uploaded a song on the Kanpur incident. In the song, the singer reportedly asked what is going on in Uttar Pradesh talking about the incident.
After the song went viral, the Uttar Pradesh police served her a notice directing her to give details on her role in the song. She was also asked if she had written the lyrics or not. Taking to Twitter the folk singer said that she received the notice and that what happened to her is nothing but intolerance.
In the notice, the Uttar Pradesh Police said that the song posted by the singer is creating tension in society and asked her to clear her stand on this. They also asked her to file a response on this in three days. If the response is not satisfactory then they might file a case against her.
