Reportedly, A high drama took place when Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia was reacting on the allegation of Opposition Leader Vijender Gupta about shortage of medicines in Government Hospitals. AAP Rebel MLA Kapil Mishra stood up and sought Speaker's response on the special session at Ramlila Maidan to discuss about the corrupt practices of Arvind Kejriwal's Party & Government.
Speaker asked Kapil Mishra to remain calm. Then, The Rebel MLA pulled out a banner demanding Special Session. Immediately, Speaker directed Marshals to send the Legislator out of the House. Even before Marshals could follow the orders, Few AAP MLAs surrounded Kapil Mishra and manhandled him.
Post the incident, Kapil Mishra alleged Deputy CM has directed 4-5 AAP MLAs to beat him. He even demanded Speaker to release the footage of the scuffle in Assembly. Even Speaker found fault with AAP MLAs for behaving in such a manner.
