Mudragada's Padayatra linked to Rooster Fights

AP Home Minister Nimmakayala Chinnarajappa made it clear that Mudragada's padayatra willn't be allowed. Kapu Leaders expressed their anguish over the statement and alleged TDP Government has been trying to suppress the movement. 'When Rooster Fights were allowed despite Supreme Court order, why not permission be granted for Mudragada's Padayatra?,' they question.
AP Kapu Corporation Director Yarra Venugopala Rayudu appealed Mudragada to call off Satyagraha Padayatra and hints about appropriate action by police if law & order problem arise. He claimed TDP Government have already been implementing few schemes for the welfare of kaput. He told Govt is taking necessary measures to offer scholarships on par with BCs for Kapu Students. He offered to explain everything in detail on behalf of government if Mudragada have any doubts over its commitment.
