No chance of ME joining YSR Congress

TDP Senior Leader Karanam Balaram brushed aside the rumours doing rounds that he would be joining YSR Congress party very soon.

Speaking to media on Saturday, Karanam Balaram said: "I will remain in Telugu Desam till my last breath. Few people have been intentionally spreading these kind of baseless rumours".

Karanam Balaram is one of the most prominent leaders of TDP in Prakasam district. He got elected as MLA and MP on TDP ticket multiple times. However, He faced defeat in 2014 General Elections.

Apparently, Karanam Balaram was in race for MLC seat during the recent polls. But, TDP Leadership preferred Magunta Srinivasulu who joined the ruling party resigning to Congress for the post. This development added fuel to the fire and speculation of Balaram's exit for TDP began doing rounds.
