Karisma Kapoor & Sunjay Kapur's Divorce settlement took an ugly turn. The former Bollywood actress now files a dowry harassment case against her estranged husband and mother-in-law Rani Surinder Kapur.
All isn't well between the celebrity couple since they tied the knot in 2003. For the past 5 years, Karisma and Sunjay are living separately. The divorce case filed by the couple hasn't reached conclusion so far with both the parents seeking custody of the children.
Few days ago, Karisma Kapoor lodged a complaint against Sunjay Kapur at the Khar Police Station. In her complaint, She accused Sunjay & his Mother of subjecting her to mental harassment.
Based on the complaint, The Khar Police booked a case against Sunjay Kapur and his Mother Rani under dowry section 498(A) and Section 34.
