KCR Booked Special Flight For One Month

Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao will be touring Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal and New Delhi for garnering support for the Federal Front. He would start with Visakha, moves to Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata and Delhi. This tour is expected to last till December 28th, 2018.
If the media reports are to be believed, TRS Government booked a Private Jet for a period of one month because of KCR's multiple trips to various Indian States.
Surprisingly, KCR is yet to establish full-fledged cabinet. No appointments have happened other than choosing Mahmood Ali as Deputy CM & Home Minister. What about the Administration if KCR goes on a nationwide tour without expanding the cabinet. Will the cabinet expansion happens prior to the tour?
TRS Ministerial Berth Aspirants have been waiting with bated breath. No assurance has been given for any of the Senior Leaders so far. For now, KCR might have a Mini Cabinet. Full-fledged Cabinet Expansion could happen after 2019 Lok Sabha Polls.
