KCR's Bumper Offer For Opposition Parties

Telangana CM KCR have the knack of surprising his opponents with his unpredictable moves. This time, He took a decision which is beneficial to all the Political Parties in the state.
Chief Minister declared State Government is willing to allot land to all the political parties at a price of Rs 100 per Yard for construction of offices at all the District Headquarters. Land allotment in each district can't exceed 1 acre. All the party offices will be exempted from paying property taxes permanently.
Opposition Parties mayn't object the unbelievable offer given to them. However, Mixed response can be expected from the public over giving away prime land at a throw away price. Many people feel KCR should take any such measures if there is still enough left after completing 2-bedroom houses and allotting 3-acre land to dalits.
The plan of KCR could be to appease Opposition Parties who were making a hue & cry over TRS Government corruption. In addition, An indication has been sent to public that he don't have rivalry with anyone.
