Reportedly, KCR is likely to dissolve Telangana Assembly at sharp 2.04 PM on Sunday. As Six (2 + 4) happens to be KCR's lucky number, Muhurat has been planned by the TRS Leadership in that way.
Soon after dissolving the Assembly, Governor ESL Narasimhan will convey the matter to the Chief Election Commission.
