By: Tupaki Desk | 31 Aug 2018 8:26 AM GMTKCR has once again proved his capability to crack even the hardest nut. He has shown that he knows the code to crack even the toughest customer like Narendra Modi. Everyone know how tough Modi is. But, KCR has managed to melt him too.
Time was when KCR had to move heaven and earth to secure an audience with Modi. The first time KCR wanted to meet Modi, he used all his persuasive skills to secure an appointment, but it ws cancelled at the last moment. On another occasion, KCR landed in Delhi telling his people that he would meet Modi, but had to return empty handed as Modi had no time.
But, Modi had finally shown that he is made of a sterner stuff. He not only managed to mel t Modi, but had even got him to okay to his proposals on zonal system. KCR is reported to have convinced Modi that zonal system will bring him a good name and that the people of Telangana would look at Modi in a favourable manner. Hence. Modi is said to have signed on 95 per cent local quota. KCR stayed put in Delhi and came back only after getting the file signed.KCR seems to be the only CM to have achieved this.
