KCR rated Most Popular CM in the Country

As per the Mood of the Nation (MOTN) Opinion Poll conducted by India Today Group and Cicero, KCR emerged as the Most Popular Chief Minister in the country with 83% of respondents voting in favor of him.
Notably, KCR failed to compete with other popular CMs in the country during the previous survey. Arvind Kejriwal, Akhilesh Yadav and Chandrababu Naidu were ranked one, two and three respectively in the Best CM category conducted a year ago.
While Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi have 8% of people's support in August 2015. Now, That has gone up to a remarkable 22% within few months.
When asked about the choice of Prime Minister in the next term, Around 40% of respondents voted for Narendra Modi.
