Telangina chief minister KCR completed one month as Chief minister. He took oath as CM on June 2 completing one month of tenure by yesterday. KCR showed his mark in first thirty days with bold decisions and aggressive action.

KCR has taken some firm decisions, particularly cracking a whip on the land encroachments.
In last thirty days KCR made two trips to New Delhi by seeking support of Central Government for additional funds and infrastructural investment support. These have become plus points for him.

Other side making Bonalu and Bathukamma as state festivals KCR rshowed his respect towards Telangana culture.By celebrating the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao in a grand way, he has proved that he would give due importance to all the things.

On the flip side, however, the handling of Beas tragedy showed that there are miles to go in terms of quick response to crises. Banning TV9 and ABN Andhra Jyothy using MSOs earned flak from some section of audience.

However, the final outcome shows more credits than debits.Below are the point wise major problems which came on KCR table in last 30 days.

1. Came down heavily on unauthorized constructions in Hyderabad and Cyberabad limits.
2. Revamping Police in Hyderabad and Cyberabad limits on par with international standards
3. Fee reimbursement for the students whose families are settled in Telangana prior to 1956.
4. Effectively handling the water sharing agreements of Krishna River between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
5. Presenting a wish list before PM Narendra Modi about Telangana
6. On industries, starting of fourth aero structures unit to be set up by TASL in Hyderabad.Along with this Hero motorcorp agreed to setup a manufacturing unit.Recently bagged iron oar project.
7. KCR directed Hyderabad civic officials to undertake development activities in drainage and traffic management keeping in mind the requirements for the next 30 years.
8. On farmer loan waiver scheme, the study is on and KCR ready put a burden of Rs 19,000 Crore on the State exchequer.
9. Beas river tragedy in Himachal Pradesh, where 24 Engineering students from Hyderabad washed away. State announced 5 Lakhs ex gratia for each deceased studentÂ’s family.
10. Bonalu and Bathukamma declared as state festivals
11. Former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao Birth Anniversary as Telangana State Function of the Year.
12. Issue of new ration cards in Telangana
13. An ordinance passed in Telangana opposing the CentreÂ’s decision of merging seven mandlas into AP
14. Land distribution to backward classes on August 15.
15. Banning TV9 and ABN Andhra Jyothy using MSOs.
