KCR Orders Another Survey, But Why?

The latest is that KCR is again going in for a flash survey. But why a survey again, when he had already announced 105 names? But, that's how KCR works. He is ordering a survey. TRS insiders confirm that KCR had already commissioned a quick survey to identify the winning horses in the 14 seats for which he has not yet announced the candidates.
Remember he had already announced 105 names. He inflicted big shock to the rivals by releasing the big list. Of them 103 are sitting MLAs or those who were defeated in 2014. Of the remaining 14 seats, four are held by TRS and they include Warangal East, currently represented by Konda Surekha. Surekha is now planning to join the TRS. So, KCR is looking for a safe bet here. Similarly, candidates against all but one candidate is yet to be announced. Even in case of PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy (Huzurnagar)and his wife Padmavati, who represents Kodad, the candidates are yet to be decided. KCR wants strong, winnable candidates for these constituencies as he is particular about teaching a lesson to his rivals. So, he ordered a flash survey to identify the winning candidates.
