Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao who wishes to demolish the old secretariat and construct a new one is keen to adopt the Swiss Challenge Model. TRS Supremo is of the impression that Swiss Challenge Model would speedy completion of the project at a low cost without compromising on the standards.
