On New Year eve, KCR stuns Andhrites!

During the Telangana Movement, TRS Netas kept saying, 'Let's Separate & Live Together'. Contrary to the statements, A lot of attempts have been made to convey the message that Andhra & Telangana are different, be it culture, dialect and dressing sense. The division is clearly seen in the way media houses have been reporting the news. We don't get to see Andhra News in Telangana Papers & Telangana News in Andhra Papers unless if there is something very interesting.
TRS Government decided to provide uninterrupted free power to farmers across Telangana round the clock. Paper Ads have been offered to almost all the Newspapers in circulation. Much to everyone's surprise, The full page Ad featured in Eenadu's AP Edition as well. Andhrites were pleasantly surprised to see a smiling picture of KCR in Today's newspaper.
What does KCR wish to convey? Was he trying to say Telangana under his rule is progressing rapidly than AP under Chandrababu's rule? or Is he conveying that Telangana is able to achieve such great progress after bifurcation? or Did KCR want to make Andhrites realize he changed power-deficit state into not only power-surplus but also offering 24 hours power to farmers? It could be anything!
