KCR's Next Move After Proposing Third Front
By: Tupaki Desk | 5 March 2018 12:35 PM GMTTelangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao stunned BJP and Congress by proposing the idea of forming Third Front. Today, He disclosed his plans to hold a series of meetings across the nation with organizations, associations and retired bureaucrats.
Telangana CMO informed KCR's first meeting will be with retired All India Service Officers such as IAS, IPS, IFS and IRS. CM feels the knowledge of these officers who had worked closed with state and central governments will be very helpful. Thereafter, A meeting was proposed with retired Defence Personnel and Officers.
KCR is keen to meet Economists, former Finance Secretaries, Labour Organizations, Farmers Associations and Employee Associations in all the states. There will be meetings with journalists, media houses and industrial houses as well. Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru and Calcutta were chosen for organizing these meetings.
Already, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Former Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren, MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi, Jana Sena supremo Pawan Kalyan and close to 10 Maharashtra MPs extended support to KCR's Third Front proposal.
KCR stressed the need for change in political system and political equations in the country. He questioned why didn't Centre amend Constitution for achieving higher economic growth. He stressed State Governments should have full powers in subjects like Education, Health, Urban Development, Rural Roads and Reservations.
