Telangana Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao aka KCR had waged a war against the Union government and lashed out at the government over the soaring fuel prices. At the press meet that was held at Pragathi Bhavan, KCR breathed fire on the BJP ruled Centre and T-BJP leaders for indulging in loose talk. He also slammed the BJP over the controversial farm bills. KCR launched a fierce attack on the Centre.

After the fierce attack of KCR against the BJP, Union Minister Kishan Reddy has stepped in and blasted the Telangana Chief Minister over his comments and said, he is making these comments out of frustration. Kishan Reddy also held the Huzurabad by-election defeat as one of the reasons behind KCR's rant.

Minister of Development of North Eastern Region of India Kishan Reddy said, KCR is now targeting the BJP as the Telangana Rashtra Samithi(TRS) had lost the Huzurabad by-election and KCR could not make his son KTR as the Chief Minister. Out of this frustration, KCR is making these comments, he said.

Kishan Reddy also gave his explanation on the procurement of paddy and said, despite the centre procuring paddy from the state, the government is spreading false news. The centre is procuring 94 metric tons of parboiled rice from Telangana this year, which is the second-largest in the country. But the Telangana government is saying something else, Kishan Reddy said.

Secunderabad MP Kishan Reddy also backed the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) over the high fuel prices and said the prices are going up as the crude oil prices are increasing. This is not in our hands, he said.

Listing out the welfare schemes done by the government, Kishan Reddy said the centre is providing the Covid vaccines and ration for the beneficiaries without charging a single penny seeing their hardships. The Centre also took the required measures to stop the downfall in the GST collections, he maintained.

Kishan Reddy also attacked the state government on the medical colleges and said, the centre had sent envelopes for the medical colleges but KCR has no idea on this as he doesn't visit the Secretariat, Kishan Reddy added.
