KCR is not a Telanganaite!

State bifurcation has stirred one more issue. The issue is now about the definition of Telanganite. Who can be called the rightful citizen of Telangana state?

The key man KCR responsible for all this chaos is now going on a different path. Earlier KCR has stated that those born in the Telangana belong to Telangana state but he changed his stand and creating confusion among people.

Telangana government is thinking on the lines of one more controversial decision. Proposals were made to consider only those as native of Telangana whose families are residing in the region even before the 1956. Telangana government feels settlers from Seema Andhra have started coming to Telangana after 1956 when the United State came in to force.

The decision has raised several doubts and creating doubts among the people who settled in Telangna from many years. Its known fact that KCR family also migrated from Andhra region long back and if the same rule was applied to KCR then his nativity also comes under big discussion.

‘’Even though KCR born in Telangnaa his ancestors were purely belongs to Andhra region then how come KCR treat himself as pure telanganite? If someone imposed the rule that the families who were residing in the region before the independence belongs to Telangana then what KCR will do ?’’ An expert opined

‘There were no rules imposed even during separation of India and Pakistan.People have given freedom to opt their own choices. Then how KCR will impose the rule on state’’They added

Telangana government will not be considering the nativity of students while doing the fees reimbursement instead will consider the cut-off year for fixing nativity .So, a student born in Telangana may not have fee reimbursement if his father is a settler in Telangana. This rule will mean that several settler families will suffer. Looks like government is trying to take off as much as burden of its shoulders and transfer it to the neighboring state. The government feels this new rule will filter outsiders to the maximum extent.

The government needs to move cautiously on the nativity issue since the decision will have a long-term impact on the State both in terms of education and employment.
