KCR Learns from AP, Maharashtra Experiences

He has now exempted some services from the pay cut. The employees of the health, medical departments and the police would now be paid full salaries.
KCR has realised that his decision to cut the pay did not go well with the people at large and the employees in particular. He also found that the people began questioning his oft-repeated claims that he has created a Bangaru Telangana. If the state's financial position is so strong, why should there be a pay cut, the people began asking Also, neighbouring AP, whose financial position is much worse, has decided to pay the whole salary, al beit in two instalments.
