When KCR lost 100 acres of Land?

Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao made a shocking revelation in Assembly during the debate on newly introduced Land Acquisition Act.
KCR: 'Can we built irrigation projects without submergence or land acquisition? Even I lost 100 acres of land when Upper Manair Dam was built on Godavari river in the 90s. The Act introduced by us is better than Land Acquisition Act 2013. We are offering 10 times more compensation than what was given during Congress rule. Still, These people try to stall the Mallannasagar Project which could provide 50 tmc of water. Am I constructing it for myself or my family? We are just trying to provide irrigation water to lakhs of acres'.
However, Congress MLA Jeevan Reddy found fault with KCR's tall claims of providing 10 times more compensation. Terming the claims as distortion of facts, He said TRS Govt is offering 10 times to that of compensation given in the 90s. 'Compensation should be revised after every two years based on the current value of the land. Are they paying the cost of land in 2016-17,' he asked.
