Ours Will Be The Biggest Front: KCR & Mamata

Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao went all the way to West Bengal to obtain Mamata Banerjee's support for the Third Front. He met the Bengal CM at the secretariat and the meeting lasted for over two hours. After having a chat with Rajya Sabha MP K Kesava Rao, Mamata Banerjee invited the Telangana delegation led by KCR into the Secretariat to discuss about Third Front agenda and goals. Later, KCR visited the temple of Goddess Kali.
Speaking to media persons post the meeting, KCR said: 'It's a First Step towards remarkable change which gonna happen in the country. BJP and Congress failed to meet the requirements of people. Meeting with Didi was very satisfactory. We are aiming for People's Front, not Parties Front. Everyone knew what happened in the past 70 years under Congress, BJP rule. No change happened despite abundant resources. Ours isn't a routine but unique model/federal front which will act as per the needs of people. People of the country have been eagerly waiting for an alternative'.
Mamata Banerjee: 'This is a welcome sign. Ours will be the biggest front in future. Discussed about Federal Front agenda, farmers issues and other aspects. We will meet other like-minded parties soon'.
