Why KCR offered Rs 3 crore for each Collector?

Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao held the first review meeting with Collectors, Police Commissioners, Joint Collectors, SPs and Corporation Commissioners of 31 New Districts in the state.
Review Meeting took place at sprawling Pragathi Bhavan. The biggest conference hall in CM Camp House has been used for the meeting. While tables have been arranged in the form of a circles, 14 TV Screens were placed in the middle so that everyone present will have a clear understanding about directions issued by Chief Minister.
KCR ordered Collectors, Cops and Corporation Commissioners to work with good co-ordination for achieving best results. He opined that partition of districts should be beneficial for the common man.
CM promised to provide Rs 3 crore for each district collectors to take up programmes which need immediate attention. They are free to spend the 'crucial balancing fund' without seeking prior permission from the Government.
