Did KCR Finalize Rajya Sabha Candidates?

Election for three Rajya Sabha seats each in AP and Telangana is going to happen by March end. In Telangana, The term of Palvai Govardhan Reddy, CM Ramesh and Rapolu Anand Bhaskar is gonna end soon. Though CM Ramesh is from AP, He was included in Telangana Quota post bifurcation.
TRS is likely to bag all the three Rajya Sabha seats. KCR had already finalized the candidates to fill the vacancies. TRS Chief Secretary Santhosh Kumar who is the son of KCR's Wife's Sister is the first candidate. One of the two other seats will be allotted for Yadav Community.
KCR is seriously considering the name Uma Madhava Reddy who migrated to TRS from TDP recently for the third Rajya Sabha seat. TRS Supremo seems to have given assurance to her while joining the party. Uma Madhava Reddy is the wife of former TDP Minister late Madhava Reddy.
