Why didn't KCR pay tributes to PV?

TRS Supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao kept complaining about the injustice done to Telanganites by Andhra Rulers in United AP. The dream of four crore Telangana People has been fulfilled and KCR is continuing as the CM of the state. Then, Why didn't he bother to pay tribute to PV Narasimha Rao on his death anniversary?
On the 13th Death Anniversary of PV Narasimha Rao, Leaders of all the parties paid tributes to the former Prime Minister. Ex-CM K Rosaiah, Speaker Madhusudhana Chary, Ministers Nayini Narasimha Reddy, Talasani, Former Union Minister Dattatreya, TPCC Chief Uttam Kumar Reddy, V Hanumantha Rao, Ponnala Lakshmaiah and others are among those who paid rich tributes.
Whereas, KCR has given a miss to paying tributes to PV Narasimha Rao who is known to be Telangana Pride. Don't he have even few minutes to spare for the Great Man of the soil? Even People of Telangana aren't happy with their CM in this matter.
PV Narasimha Rao was the architect of Economic Reforms that changed India completely in the 90s.
