Andhra News Can't Be In Page 1: KCR Orders Media
By: Tupaki Desk | 31 Dec 2018 7:05 AM GMTTelangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao issued a shocking diktat to the media houses in the very beginning of his second term.
As per KCR's Order, Media Houses should prefer separate editions for reporting Andhra News. News related to AP Leaders or Andhra Pradesh can't appear on Page 1 of the Telangana Newspapers anymore.
During the recent press conference, KCR disclosed that there were times he wondered whether he is staying in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh while reading newspapers early morning. He questioned why few Media Houses has been forcing Telangana People to read Andhra News. He also hinted about new Advertisement Policy which could deny Ads for Andhra-centric Newspapers.
Pro-TDP Media generally offer maximum coverage to news related to Chandrababu Naidu. In addition, AP Government has been issuing so many Ad which feature in the front page.
In the past, KCR has following the same route to boast about his achievements. TRS issued Newspaper Ads not only in AP but also in few other states. Will KCR stop doing it from now onwards?
