Would KCR Dissolve Assembly?

KCR have the knack of shocking political opponents and public with unexpected moves. After challenging Congress whether if its ready for Early Polls, Telangana CM seems to be heading in that direction. He is now contemplating on dissolving the Assembly to pave way for Early Polls.
Four States Assembly Polls are scheduled to happen in December 2019. TRS Leadership is keen to go for election along with these States.
Tenure of TRS Government lasts till April 2019. Whereas, KCR could be of the feeling that Early Polls benefits TRS more than any other party in Telangana. This is an attempt to capitalize on the positive impression among public over his welfare and development schemes.
If the reports are true, KCR discussed about Early Polls in Telangana during his meeting with PM Modi. He conveyed to NaMo that there is a possibility of TRS supporting BJP if Assembly and Lok Sabha Polls happen separately in Telangana.
On August 15th, TRS Government is going to announce few more schemes to reach out to the public. KCR might dissolve Telangana Assembly in October to ensure elections happen in December 2018.
Speculations are abuzz that MIM offered support to TRS if Assembly polls happen in advance. Asaduddin Owaisi, however, informed his party might back Congress if Assembly and Lok Sabha Polls happen at a time.
