Not much impact of Pawan Kalyan: KCR
By: Tupaki Desk | 28 July 2017 4:49 AM GMTTelangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao predicted there willn't be much impact of Pawan Kalyan in 2019 Polls. 'As per the survey results shared by my friend, YSR Congress and TDP have 45 percent votes and 43 percent votes. While BJP managed 2.6 percent votes, Jana Sena has to settle with 1.2 percent votes,' he said.
KCR opined it's not easy for BJP to grow as a strong force in Telangana and hence the Saffron Party is trying to woo Kapus in AP with the help of a strong Kapu Leader (Pawan Kalyan). He told minimal Muslim population in AP is being considered as an advantage for BJP.
TRS Supremo pointed out lack of unity among Kapus is the major reason behind the backwardness of that community. He feels political equations in AP will change if all the Kapus remain united.
The Chief Minister didn't hesitate to say there are no caste politics in Telangana but the situation in AP is different. He said caste factor in Seemandhra can't be wiped out anytime soon.
