KCR To Expand Cabinet After Lok Sabha Elections?

The TRS rank and file is excited. There is a possibility that KCR is likely to expand his cabinet and include more ministers into his team. As of now, a truncated cabinet with ministers holding several portfolios is working in Telangana. As a result, files are piling up in several departments. Ministries like industry, irrigation, finance, revenue, commercial taxes, municipal administration and Information Technology do not have ministers. Due to this, several important decisions are lying pending.

KCR cleverly kept the cabinet half-filled to use this as a bait for the leaders from other parties. He has already reduced the Congress to one third of its original strength. Several of the new entrants into the TRS have been promised plum posts. So, KCR may induct some turncoats into his party. He also wants to give some corporation posts to the new entrants. Former home minister Sabitha Indra Reddy, MLA Rekha Nayak, Gutta Sukhender Reddy and Balka Suman are among the probables who could get the posts.

Party sources said that KCR wants to begin work with full cabinet. Both KTR and Harish could be made ministers in the Cabinet.
