KCR-Stalin Meeting: Who Convinces Whom?

The meeting between Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao and DMK Chief MK Stalin is going to happen Today in Chennai. This is the second meeting of TRS Supremo with the Opposition Leader of Tamil Nadu. Several months ago, KCR met Stalin but the DMK Chief expressed his inclination towards UPA instead of joining Federal Front.
Few days ago, There were reports that MK Stalin denied appointment to the TRS Chief citing the by-elections in three constituencies of Tamil Nadu. Those reports were proven false with the latest development.
Until recently, MK Stalin kept backing Rahul Gandhi as the next Prime Minister of India. Is there any change in his mindset now? Or if KCR decided to join UPA rather than NDA? This meeting won't be successful if at least one of these two influential leaders doesn't change their previous stand.
If KCR could convince Stalin in stepping out of UPA, It will be the fight big achievement of Federal Front. Will that happen?
