KCRs Singapore trip raising real estate boom in Telengana!

KCRs Singapore trip turned out to be a grand success. It is known that KCR went to Singapore to increase the brand value of Telengana. Apart from this, KCR is expected to bring few top rated projects to Hyderabad through this summit. As per the buzz, KCR already had talks with few officials and is in the process of finalizing deals.
In this regard, real estate boom is expected to raise in Telangana in the coming days. Soon after the bifurcation, real estate boom touched peaks in Seemandhra while it went out of track in Telengana. But now, Telengana region is slowly coping up the real estate pace. Recently tie up with Wipro, Reliance and DRDO raised the levels of confidence among people.
It is known that KCR made deals with few top rated Indian brands to expand their empire in Telengana. As far as 2500 Crores worth of deals were made till date by KCR government with DRDO, Wirpo, TATA and few other MNCs. Singapore trip may increase this value further. This is showing effect on real estate boom. As far as 40% rise was seen in Telengana in the last few days and this is expected to cross 75% in the next few months.
