Politicians can't live without praises and garlands. Few Leaders keep praising themselves whenever they get hold of the mike. Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh has got a different style.
KE Krishnamurthy made it clear he is very particular about the welfare and development schemes. 'I am not the kind of person who claim the task has been completed at the half-way stage and accept garlands/praises even before fulfilling the promise. Farmers are in dire state due to lack of irrigation water. I would accept garland only when 106 water bodies were supplied water through Handrineva Project,' he declared.
Followers and TDP Activists reached KE Krishnamurthy's house on Tuesday to convey birthday wishes to him. To their surprise, The Minister told he isn't celebrating his birthday this year and refused to accept garlands. Fans raised slogans praising the Minister for the determination shown by him.
