Arvind Kejriwal Crazy idea to control pollution

As per the new rule that vehicles of Delhi with odd and even registration numbers will be allowed on alternate days. This rules will likely to implement from January 01, 2016.
Delhi Police has already indicated that the plan is not feasible but AAP govt Is reportedly planning to implement the idea at any cost. The government announced that it will compensate the rush by strengthening the public transport in Delhi.
With the proposed idea half of the cars will confine to indoors.Delhi High Court observed that the current air pollution levels in the national capital were akin to "living in a gas chamber".
