Kiran Bedi's Husband is no more

Kiran Bedi's husband Brij Bedi passed away at a hospital in Gurgaon on Sunday.
Reportedly, Brij Bedi was taken to Medanta - The Medicity hospital on January 28th due to kidney ailment and breathing issues. He was kept in ICU as his condition kept deteriorating and breathed his last Yesterday.
Brij Bedi is social activist and he even ran a school for underprivileged in Amritsar.
Post husband's death, Kiran Bedi who is India's first Woman IPS Officer took to twitter to say: 'City of Amritsar lost a man who loved his city the most. One who gave all his life to the cause of the needy. He loved his city, Amritsar. Worked passionately to make it better. He educated children of fathers lost to drugs. He was very concerned about the problem of drug addiction in Punjab. He was a courageous voice for several causes'.
